These terms govern your use of the CodeMyFYP website, engineering consulting, and educational mentorship services.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing the CodeMyFYP IT & Software Solutions website or engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access the Site or engage our services.
2. Services
CodeMyFYP IT & Software Solutions provides professional software development, system design consulting, capstone mentorship, and related technology services as detailed across this platform. Specific milestones, deliverables, timelines, and commercial terms are formally agreed upon in writing before engineering work commences.
3. Project scope and changes
The mutually agreed project scope specifies all architectural deliverables. Requests for scope adjustments — including additional modules, alternative cloud stacks, or feature expansions — will be documented and scheduled through written addenda.
4. Academic integrity & mentorship ethics
Our academic mentorship tracks provide rigorous hands-on instruction, architectural blueprints, and viva preparation. We empower students to understand and defend every line of code they write. Clients are responsible for ensuring compliance with their individual university policies and academic honor codes.
5. Intellectual property & ownership
Upon full payment of the applicable milestone or engagement, ownership of bespoke deliverables transfers to the client, excluding pre-existing materials, open-source components, and reusable internal tooling, as defined in the applicable agreement. CodeMyFYP retains rights to general open-source frameworks, common utilities, and abstract algorithmic concepts.
6. Engagement agreements & Statements of Work
Client engagements may additionally be governed by an executed proposal, Statement of Work (SOW), Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), Data Processing Agreement (DPA), Master Services Agreement (MSA), or other formal written contract. Where terms conflict, the provisions of the executed agreement will govern to the extent specified therein.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CodeMyFYP IT & Software Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform usage or service delivery. Total liability is strictly limited to the direct fees paid for the engagement in question.
8. Governing law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru (Bangalore), Karnataka, India.
